SHIPPING

At Great American Pinball.Com we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to our customers. Below are the steps we take in making sure the product gets to you in a professional manner.

New Machines

New pinball machines and video games will be shipped in there original manufactured box and secured to a pallet for shipment. 

Used Machines 

Used Pinball machines or video games are placed on pallets and then professional wrapped one to two times in cardboard to protect the cabinets of the machines from excessive damage. The machine is then banded to the pallet to secure it from movement while in route.

In regards to Pinball Machines, the balls are taken out of the machine to prevent any damage the balls could cause will loose in the machines. All balls, keys power cords, leg bolts and manuals are placed in the coin box and zip tied inside the machine. Machine is now ready to be packaged for shipment.

Shipping Quotes 

Shipping quotes vary form one carrier to another and range in price form local dock deliver to shipping to your door.  For a quote please provide us with which method of shipping you prefer, to a local dock nearest you or door to door service and then provide us with your address and zip code and we will happy to quote you the best possible shipping cost.

WARRANTY

Warranty on new equipment varies from one manufacturer to another and covers parts only. Labor and Service Calls are not covered by any manufacturer.

New Equipment

Great American Pinball.Com will warranty all new machines for 30 days from the date of delivery. Warranty does not include parts and labor. After the thirty day warranty period has expired and you live within a 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will charge our standard labor rates which are currently at $85.00 per hour. If you live outside the 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will assist you in locating a reputable technician to service your call.

Used Equipment

Great AmericanPinball.Com will warranty its reconditioned equipment for a period of thirty days if the machine is assembled by trained technician. Warranty is void if assembled by an untrained technician. Some machines may not require assembly which are considered plug and play games and will be entitled to the 30 day warranty excluding parts and labor. After the thirty day warranty period has expired and you live within a 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will charge our standard labor rates which are currently at $85.00 per hour. If you live outside the 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will assist you in locating a reputable technician to service your call.

Any equipment that is sold as is and working (not reconditioned) will not have any warranty for parts and service.
